that the 54th Annual General Meeting

of the

WAVERLEY RUGBY FOOTBALL & SPORTING CLUB INC.

reporting on the Club's 2024 season

will be held at 1pm on Sunday, 17 November 2024, upstairs Beach Road Hotel:

1. To receive and consider the Treasurer's Annual Report.

2. To receive and consider the Club's Annual Report including reports of the Management Committee.

3. To elect members of the Management Committee as follows:
